図書館としょかんの辞書じしょ

今日きょうは、図書館としょかんで漢字かんじの宿題しゅくだいをしています。
漢字かんじが難むずかしいですから、辞書じしょを使つかいたいです。
でも、本棚ほんだなに辞書じしょがありません。
あそこの男おとこの人ひとが、図書館としょかんの辞書じしょを持もっています。
私わたしは「すみません、少すこし借かりてもいいですか」と聞ききました。
男おとこの人ひとは「いいですよ」と言いって、私わたしに辞書じしょを貸かしました。

• 〜たいです (want to) 〜たいです attaches to the verb stem (the ます-form without ます) to say what the speaker wants to do; the negative is 〜たくないです. 漢字かんじが難むずかしいですから、辞書じしょを使つかいたいです。(“Because the kanji is difficult, I want to use a dictionary.”)
• 〜から (because) 〜から at the end of a clause gives the reason for what follows: ‘because A, B’. The reason clause comes first and may end in the polite form. 漢字かんじが難むずかしいですから、辞書じしょを使つかいたいです。(“Because the kanji is difficult, I want to use a dictionary.”)

The Library’s Dictionary

Today, I am doing kanji homework at the library.
Because the kanji is difficult, I want to use a dictionary.
But, there is no dictionary on the bookshelf.
The man over there has the library’s dictionary.
I asked, “Excuse me, may I borrow it a little?”
The man said, “Sure,” and lent the dictionary to me.
