来週らいしゅう、奈良ならへ行いきます。
それで、町まちの店みせへかばんを買かいに行いきました。
店みせに黒くろいかばんとピンクのかばんがありました。
どちらも良よかったので、すぐに買かいませんでした。
店みせの人ひとに「どちらが軽かるいですか」と聞ききました。
店みせの人ひとは「ピンクのかばんです」と言いいました。
奈良ならでたくさん歩あるきますから、ピンクのかばんを買かいました。

• 〜から (because) 〜から at the end of a clause gives the reason for what follows: ‘because A, B’. The reason clause comes first and may end in the polite form. 奈良ならでたくさん歩あるきますから、ピンクのかばんを買かいました。(“Because I will walk a lot in Nara, I bought the pink bag.”)
• どちら / どれ (which) どちらが〜ですか asks which of two things is …; どれが〜ですか asks which of three or more. The answer takes が too. 店みせの人ひとに「どちらが軽かるいですか」と聞ききました。(“I asked the shop staff, ‘Which one is lighter?’”)

Bag for the Trip

Next week, I am going to Nara.
Therefore I went to a shop in town to buy a bag.
There was a black bag and a pink bag in the shop.
Both were good, so I did not buy one right away.
I asked the shop staff, “Which one is lighter?”
The shop staff said, “The pink bag.”
Because I will walk a lot in Nara, I bought the pink bag.
