ノートの下したの鍵かぎ

夕方ゆうがた、会社かいしゃで仕事しごとが終おわってから、私わたしは机つくえの上うえを見みました。
でも、車くるまの鍵かぎがありませんでした。
鍵かぎをなくしたと思おもいました。
隣となりの山田やまださんに「私わたしの鍵かぎを見みましたか」と聞ききました。
山田やまださんは「ノートの下したにありますよ」と言いいました。
ノートの下したに鍵かぎがあったので、よかったです。

• After doing something: ～てから: “会社かいしゃで仕事しごとが終おわってから、私わたしは机つくえの上うえを見みました。” (After work at the company finished, I looked on my desk.) ～てから means “after” one action is finished, the next action happens.
• Location particle に with あります/ありません: “ノートの下したにありますよ” (It’s under the notebook.) に marks the place where something exists/does not exist.
• Reason/result with ～ので: “ノートの下したに鍵かぎがあったので、よかったです。” (The key was under the notebook, so I was glad.) ～ので means “because/so” and gives the reason for the result.

I thought I had lost the key.
I asked Mr. Yamada next to me, “Did you see my key?”
