English

One Cake

Before going to my mother’s house, I went to the bakery.
I thought I would like to buy two cakes to eat with my mother.
But there was only one cake in the shop.
So I called my mother and said, “I want to buy two cakes, but there’s only one.”
My mother said, “One is fine. Let’s eat it together.”
I bought one cake, and after dinner I ate it together with my mother.
